Early Check in will be from 5pm - 6pm for the GFYR
(bring completed membership and notarized liability waiver with you)
Membership fees must be paid separate from entry fees. Even if you did the online membership form, please bring the printed form with you.

8:00am - Sign in starts (bring completed membership and liability waiver with you)
For the first rodeo we would like all contestant to be checking in by 11am. After the first rodeo contestants riding bulls and broncs only will have an option to check in at a later time.
Rodeo Royalty Crowning will be at 10am
Mandatory Group meeting at 11am - please meet at the bleachers.
Event Run order will be posted after call in.
