Videos are available to help you as well.  This is a simple process; however if you need help Barry is available to help this Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm 229-305-4701

Follow the following steps.

  1. Create your children a members account.
  2. https://rodeosystem.com/rodeo-members.php?org=GFYR  Use the Register button.
  3. It is very IMPORTANT that you put your child in the correct division.  This is where the all around points will go to. 

NOTES:
Do NOT put parents name
If doing a family membership you must check the family box
If you use autofill look up at the additional family members box; autofill will populate your name
If you do not get an email your account was not created
Leave the email notification to opt In so that you get updates – When Draw has been posted, and results have been posted.

To enter your contestants:
Rodeo Management System (TM) - Rodeo Entry (rodeosystem.com)

  1.  This is assuming you have created your childs member account.
  2. Both Saturday and Sunday Rodeos will be entered at the same time.
  3. Enter 1st contestants member number.  It will automatically fill in the contestants name.  If the name is not right you have entered the wrong #.
  4. Check the box for the events you want to enter your child in.  If not riding both days uncheck the box to the right for the day you are not riding. 
  5. Mutton, Bulls and Broncs are Saturday only so you will need to uncheck the box for Sunday.
  6. If you are only entering 1 contestant click next, if you have other contestants scroll down and enter the next contestant.  Once all contestants are entered scroll to the bottom of the page and click next.
  7. On this screen verify all information is correct.  Make changes before clicking next.  Once you click next if changes need made you will need to contact Barry or me (229-740-1420).
  8. The next screen shows you a summary and total for entry fees.  The computer charges a $10 grounds fee for all kids.  This is per child each day and fees will need to be adjusted at check in.
  9. You will get an email confirmation as well.  Print this email and bring it with you and your entry fees at check in.  This will speed up check in process.
